Names, email addresses, WhatsApp numbers, country of residence, travel dates, family details, guest numbers, hotel preferences, room preferences, concierge requirements, Muslim-friendly preferences, special requests, partner details and chatbot conversation content.

We do not ask for payment card details, passport numbers, bank details, identity documents or sensitive personal documents through the website or chatbot.

Through our enquiry forms, contact form, WhatsApp messages, the Rafahiya Agent chatbot, and direct email correspondence.

To respond to your enquiry, prepare suitable hotel and concierge options, communicate with hotel and travel partners on your behalf, and provide concierge support before and during your stay.

Consent (where you have submitted an enquiry), legitimate interests (preparing your travel options), and contract performance (where you proceed with a stay).

Conversations with the Rafahiya Agent may be stored to help us respond to your enquiry, review the quality of our service and prepare suitable travel options.

We do not request religious belief data directly. Where you voluntarily share dietary, prayer, family or cultural preferences, we treat that information with discretion and only use it to prepare your stay.
